Nightmare with FNB ****** device Merchant

Nightmare of the lost Merchant Device .Payed for all required penalities but still my account is being deducted .Device was ****** 23rd September . Payed what was due to it end of November its still deducting .even double debit were done from my account by different consulant . I am drained I have called , complained ,Nothing seems to help. Terrible service from FNB Merchant .
