Nightmare trying to order a bank card internationally - Is FNB really so digitally advanced?

First it was trying to get my bank account activated again... Now it has almost been impossible to order a bank card from overseas. Terrible. Terrible Terrible. Trying to contact via a SECURE message just tells me I need to phone. When I phone the call keeps dropping. Customer support agents keeps promising to call me back even on local number but nothing... 4 May was the 1st query on this... 5 WEEKS LATER! Then eventually bank account re-instated...but now the nightmare continues...
