NIGHTMARE TO GET THROUGH

I apply online for a loan which was approved but as I got to the last screen the system said cant continue a representative will call back which didn't happen yet please can someone from the loan department in first national bank call me urgent to compete my application JAMES SOUTHEY *** - I called back but it is a nightmare to get through
