Nightmare to get a business overdraft

In honest truth I would give them a zero if there was that option. I laid a complaint about a week and a half ago for business banking, ever since I joined FNB Business I have not benefitted on anything instead I'm the one making money for them. I requested a loan twice and they refused, okay the first time I understood because my account was still new with them. They said I should try again in six months time, well more than six months later now I requested for an overdraft for business, to my surprise my business banker gave me a whole essay list of requirements which I find ridiculous, it's as if I'm running a multi million rand company and I'm a small company. They called me after my complaint but still gave me this ridiculous excuse that they need all those requirements, I was not happy with the person who assisted me hence I wrote another complaint but no luck. I want my business manager to be changed. She is very discouraging, inconsiderate and doesn't want to see me grow as client and business. I'm very disappointed with the way FNB has treated me especially now with the pandemic and difficulty we are facing, I feel exploited.
