Nightmare to Close Accounts

Takes more than 3 calls to close an account which they still do not get right! This is the second account I have tried to close which was not processed and still being billed for monthly charges. The ridiculous authorisation while you on the call does not work and there is no alternative to authorise so you have to end the call and try again. Very dissapointed with the service.
