Nightmare to cancel FNB funeral insurance

I tried calling fnb to cancel my funeral policy with them. It is such a frustrating process because emails nor calls are not answered by their cancelation department. I do not need this funeral cover anymore and no one is willing to cancel it. What must happen now?
