Nightmare from HELL

Extremely unhappy with the service I am receiving from FNB, I'm at a point where I feel like I need to move on from this Nightmare. FNB has put me in a very difficult position in choosing another bank for my Change, Requesting to speak to management is even worse. Agent be telling clients basically their accounts are useless and we, the client, must just accept it. Asked for debit orders to be changed even emailed the letter from my employer, and still debit orders went off, Spoke to an agent Mashadi i even ended up apologizing to her for my frastracion and not even a thank you as she just wanted to end the call, FNB causes more depression and stress in my life then anyone else.
