Nightmare application process

I app**** for a bond with FNB, I submitted all the required documents. At first they rejected my application due to my credit score, I then settled the two accounts I was owing due to unemployment at that time. They responded saying I do not qualify because I cannot afford, I am earning a nett of R14000,00pm with expenses of less than R6000pm. The flat I want to buy is R395000,00 which will pay an estimated R4000pm. They have entered a wrong figure which was less as my nett. I then asked them to change it, they did, and still they said I do not qualify. I then sent them two letter of settlement and they said I must send a letter stating why I could not pay these accounts leading to me being blacklisted. I sent that letter now they respond by saying \If there was an arrangement to pay the retail account off at a rate of R200 p/m
