It was nice being assisted by Neo at rustenburg branch , She was very kind and her smile just took over the mood as i was not okay She uplifted my spirit be giving me all her time and energy. I cake to the bank for a card replacement nothing much but I enjoyed the service that was rendered by Neo .very efficient
