Nhlanhla from FNB Raisethorpe branch
I have been highly frustrated with a ***** case at fnb but amidst all that there's a lady, Nhlanhla from Raisethorpe branch who has been very patient and helpful with this case I really appreciate the 5 star service and may you keep giving great service!!!

07 Jul 2025, 12:01Please assist I'm not entirely happy with the ***** department because my case was dismissed with the wrong Information captured and I've been trying to do a follow up for weeks on end with no help I've logged three complaints and still no assistance in this regard I'm losing faith and highly frustrated with FNB ***** line, fnb please fix this because this is infuriating to say the least
