NHLAMULO BALOYI AT FNB IS NOT DOING HER JOB

Can someone please fire this Nhlamulo Baloyi, she's ruin people's lives and not doing her JOB. She froze my account without any notification and over something I'm not even involved in or aware of and she's not replying my emails nor any calls I make after claiming for proof to clear my name wihich I did send proof. How am I supposed to survive? I live in a rented apartment which needs payments, I need to buy food. I have nothing without my account. Am I supposed to end up at the streets because I chose to trust my money with FNB? Oh God. I always thought FNB would take care of me and my family but instead they are the reasons to my struggle. Just give me my money so I can't find another bank and sort my bills cause that Nhlamulo blocked my account without even considering how I'm going to survive which is very unfair cause It's my money and I'm realizing now that If I didn't bank with FNB I wouldn't be experiencing this problem cause I'd have my money on me now to survive so please give me my MONEY cause that same person has a shelter to sleep under, food and comfortable wherever she is while I have to end up homeless because of the choice she took with my money without including me. It was so easy for her to freeze my account hence my MONEY but WHY IS IT NOT EASY TO UNBLOCK MY ACCOUNT, MY MONEY. I'm very frustrated cause I will end up homeless because of this issue and FNB don't seem to even care.
