The virtual card should be the safest way to do purchases online because of the changing cvv (security code). But some companies are able to debit as if its a subscription, while it was a once payment.

Now no one is able to assist in returning the unauthorized debit purchase, really disappointed.

Logged a complaint, the SLA says a consultant will call you within 24-48 hours no call received.

I'm honestly defeated with such poor service from FNB.
