I sent through a request to special arrangements a while ago, my case ended up being handled by Laurelene Vermeulen. I sent through a follow to her last week Friday and she advised that my claim is being assessed and she will revert back with feedback as soon as it is done. I sent through another follow up this morning only to get an out office response stating she will be back in the office on the 25 January. Is this the level of service you provide to already disgruntled clients?? If I had the means, I was going to close all my accounts and never look back. The service that has been displayed by your staff is atrocious. Case number ***NF.
