New SLOGAN "WE DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU"

I want to pull a verified bank statement and the website does not give me the option, so I phoned Customer care where FNB does not care!!! And not any help from the *********** person on FNB's side Where they will not HELP you, Little ironic i tell you since there slogan say "How can we Help you" where it should have said "WE DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU"
