New rules

On Thursday, 09 July 2015 at around 7:15, After presenting my card (cheque card) and the boarding pass to the front desk lady, I was deny access at OR Tambo slow Lounge by the front desk lady, reason given, is that according to the new FNB rules as of 01 July, to gain access to the lounge, I must present both Cheque card and credit card.<br> <br> But according to FNB website, Only one card will be permitted per cardholder per visit and must be accompanied by a boarding pass. <br> <br> Were these \'new rules' communicated to FNB costumers? I felt vey embarrassed by this incident in front of other fellow passengers "
