New private banker needed...pay about R600 for what?

Good day, I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of availability from both my private bankers. Two months back I was unable to receive assistance from them regarding Homeloam amount, another representative kindly helped me after I mentioned seeking alternative support. I still intend to escalate my case if I do not receive adequate support from a dedicated private banker. Could you please explain why my credit card interest rate is high, as a representative named Gift suggested it could be lowered? Given the current year is 2026 and my circumstances as a single mother, I would appreciate assistance in lowering same. I would also like to inquire about the excessive banking charges I am incurring and request consideration for a reduction. Could you provide an update on the status of three pending payments from my investment account? Additionally, I would like to know why my e-bucks balance is lower than expected.
