New Logo but same system problems

I just realised that If you look at my hellopeter profile, the most problematic company I've had to deal with is FNB. Today it is the Tax Certificates that are not available. End of Tax Season and they don't have it available. There's alot broken in the FNB system. New Logo but same system problems
