I think it will be good customer services if the FNB Home Finance consultants do the following: 1. After sending the quote to inform the applicant that its valid for 5 days, 2. Not let the applicant wait for more than two days for a new quote, 3. Answer the applicants email about the point of contact to send a motivation for a lower interest rate. 4. The applicant can be charged for delaying the process.
