NEW FNB Client can't get assistance with PIN
FNB service is highly disappointing. I opened a new account online, which was a struggle in itself, a week ago. I did it online because going to the branch is not possible during working hours. I made time to collect my card on Friday and spent 3 hours at the FNB Branch in Butterworth(EC). I got the card but they did not issue me with a pin. I tried ALL the methods on the paper that comes with the card but every step requires a PIN. I called FNB and they simply told me to GO BACK to the branch. I would like to know the process of cancelling this account because it is obvious the kind of service I will receive in future & I am not accepting any of this. PEOPLE be warned FNB is not cheap & for a minimum of R420 monthly the service should be far more seamless especially for something as simple as retrieving a PIN. Please direct me on how to cancel this account before FNB starts charging me. I will take my business elsewhere
