New FNB App a nightmare

The new FNB app is a longwinded ******* piece of software. Things have been overcomplicated, moved for no logical rhyme or reason, and to get someone to help you there are now umpteen different numbers you have to call or be transferred to. Don't think you can update account details where the account should be, try looking under your profile, don't think you an update anything without also (if you use the online banking app) first registering the browser you use. How anyone who is not remotely tech savvy is supposed to cope with this is beyond me.
