New Ebucks rewards an absolute shame!

As a premier client I find the new Ebucks reward structure absolutely shameful! There were no limits on earning Ebucks online and instore. With the new rules, once the threshold has been reached, it is not worthwhile to use my FNB card anymore. It benefits me more to use one of my non FNB cards. The online shopping threshold is set at just R2000, with most of my payments such as water and lights, dstv etc being online payments this is an absolute joke ! The new cap on fuel spend is an even bigger joke with it now being half of what it used to be. You’re basically forcing us to use non FNB cards once earning limits are reached as it offers no benefit to use the FNB card. You should change your slogan to “how can we NOT help you” . Maybe I should switch banks - according to you it’s pretty easy to do!
