New Ebucks earnings are TERRIBLE and Not APP**** CORRECTLY

Since the ebucks earnings changed my ebucks has been terrible and not as per the documentation that FNB gave us. I was on level 5 for ebucks so I earned quite a bit of ebucks before the changes, now I only get R27 for ebucks even though I purchased enough for at least R100 in ebucks (which is still not close to what I earned previously). After querying I was told no it is correct as I do not have R150k in a savings account. How is that even a requirement in the current economic situation ? This is just a way that a bank makes you think you are rewarded but make it impossible for people to get the benefit, just stringing customers along and not caring about their customers, also not applying the policies as given to customers.. If this is how it is going to be, I will be moving to a different bank where customers are treated right and get the benefits they are promised.

The level system previously used was significantly better.
