New debits for internet subscription only app**** to some

I have always been a loyal customer and appreciated the service received from FNB. However, I now see they are debiting my account with R3.30 for Netflix. And when I call I was told it is internet subscription fees. So I asked a few friends who are with FNB and apparently they do not have these debits. This fee is firstly absurd but what's worse is that it's not app**** to all consumers??? Considering switching banks because of this.
