New Credit Card Order

I app**** for a new credit card four weeks ago, our calls to the relevant departments where cut off, ignored, as private wealth client your service is atrocious, my private banker seems to be unable to do his work, and is never available either.<br> We are leaving on Thursday for a week abroad, and need to pay via my credit card for hotel bookings etc, wonder if FNB will reimburse me for expenses if holiday is cancelled because of your own mismanagement <br> FNB is standing is the queue to be rated as worst bank in Africa<br>
