New Credit Card Application - Shocking Service

I went into your Cresta Branch on Thursday morning looking to apply for a personal loan, I was assisted by a consultant, Noma who advised me to rather get a credit card as the system was offering me a rate of 11.5% which was fairly competitive. I decided to explore my other options at other institutions anyway and browsed around the mall. After a long and tiring day, I made my way back to FNB as this was the best offer received. After a long wait for Noma to get back from her lunch break, something suddenly changed on the system and the rate now being offered was 20.25%. How on earth does the rate change within hours? We both sat there in disbelief. Extremely tired and frustrated, I decided to go ahead with the offer anyway as it was already nearly closing time and Noma assured me she would negotiate the rate for and would keep me updated via email. Before leaving, I was give a pre-agreement and assured my application would be fast tracked and take a max of 3-4 days as I stressed the urgency of the matter. Later in the evening, to my shock and horror, I received an SMS stating that my application was unsucessful, how is this possible? I had the pre-agreement with me. After numerous emails to Noma the following day, to which I received no reply at all. I took matters into my own hands and called the FNB call centre myself to get an answer to which I hear that my income populated on the system and the type of credit card offered was not in sync, also none of my documents were uploaded! I could really scream by now. I then get transferred to an agent and telephonically complete a new application to which they offer me the exact same type of credit card, credit limit and interest rate, what changed? Phew, then I am asked to email documents and call the call centre to fast-track the application, to which I comply. I call in the call centre this morning and am told the documents are there but the application will take another 3-7 working days for document review? Why on earth so long? Initially i was told 3-4 days max to get the card. I am so sick and tired of this dragging on now. I expected much more prompt and efficient service. Please assist with this urgently and fast-track application as I require the card as a matter of urgency! Also extremely shocked at the horrible service received at the branch, received more help when I called the call centre! I could have easily got this done at another bank and this would have been sorted by now.

Reviewer Update
I am quite pleased by the swift response to my complaint. I was contacted by the Cresta Branch Manager yesterday afternoon who explained to me their internal application process. He also asked me whether I received further assistance with this application. I also received an email finalising my application for the credit card and now await to be contacted for the delivery.
