NEW CHEQUE ACCOUNT COMES WITH +180K LOAN I NEVER APP**** FOR OR GOT?

WOW! From the best bank to ----> not quite sure yet.

Proudly joined FNB by opening a cheque account in February 2023. I do not spend much time on the internet so only just saw that there is a "LOAN ACCOUNT" on my new cheque account?! I do not have a loan with FNB - never have had and one for R180k?

I cannot get hold of anyone to explain what is going on...

Very disappointed and not so proud to be a customer anymore.
