New chat system is amazing
The new chat system is greatly appreciated, I did not know this service was available, and I am still not sure how it works fully, but when I needed assistance on Saturday after 3pm I thought I would have to wait till Monday since this was urgent, instead I got a call from a consultant who assisted me immediately thank you.
