New cards delivery : Poor service.

I don’t know if I could be assisted. I reordered cards from FNB. They keep postponing the delivery of the card. Someone called to say I must fetch it from the branch, someone says I shouldn’t go to the branch I should schedule for delivery. I don’t know which is which and temp card is to expire.
