NEW CARD DELIVERED IN A DIFFERENT CITY

I have a new card delivered at the FNB West street Durban because my card is expiring end of September. I no longer reside in Durban, I now live in Pietermaritzburg. when I called FNB to ask them to make an arrangement for my card to be delivered at work I was told that its either I make an arrangement to collect it in Durban or I cancel it in the app and apply for the new one. what has been strange with all this is that the last time my card expired I was called and an arrangement was made and my new card was delivered at work. Going to Durban will be such an inconvenience for me, can I please have my new card delivered to an FNB near me.
