New bank cards not what was requested

Numerous times I have asked for a bank card that does not have the tap and go function. I find it a security risk. Every time I have to have a card replaced, and off course get charged for it. The branches are not of much help, neither is the call centers. I hereby insist that my charges for the new card gets reversed, as it is not what I, a loyal customer for years, requested. I also insist on a normal bank card which does NOT have the tap and go function.
