New application for a credit card

I Mr. Abonga Mahamba with identity no: *** app**** for a credit about 3weeks ago and I am still sitting without the card. All I am getting when I phone to query about the card is pathetic excuses that the courier company was unable to deliver the card as they tried to phone me with no luck. The strange part about the whole \they tried to phone me excuse"is that I do not recall getting a miss call from any number I don't recognise on my phone on the 14th /15th and 16th of May 2015 which are the dates they claim to have phoned me to confirm address. And I don't understand how on earth would they try to confirm my address when I have given all my information telephonically with the delivery instructions as to where I want the card to be delivered. So I do not understand the logic as to having to phone me before delivering the card when you are going to require my ID book and proof of address.

I kindly requested the card to be delivered to:

oEastcape Midlands College - Head Office
42B Corner Cuyler and Durban Street
UITENHAGE
6230
I might have to go out of town as from Monday the 01/06/2015 which means I will not be at work the whole of next week.
