new accounts docs requests have no clue whats required

this never ends - last week i was told theres ONLY ONE doc missing and i sent it- today you want 2 things i already sent in . you opened my account and im using it but now im told you will freeze it if i dont give the 'missing' docs . WHY OPEN MY ACCOUNT IF YOU ARE MISSING DOCS ????
