I opened my Aspire Current Account on the 14th April and at that time the promotion was still available where you receive a R1000 back into your account when you open this particular account (as it was confirmed before I opened the account). I haven't received anything in my account yet, salary has been deposited already but still nothing.

29 Apr 2022, 09:14I'm disappointed in the service, I was told on Tuesday it would take 48 hours for a response then a sms my complaint has been assigned and currently being looked into and will be contacted shortly. It's Friday still nothing, now I have to follow up again. If this is the service I'm receiving then it would be best to close this account.
