<p>I went to FNB to open a new account and Thulani Sibisi (service and sales consultant) was assisting me. Who ever gave that guy training on customer service should train all consultants. He made everything seem so easy, i was impressed. Thank you so much Thulani, hope i was not the only person you give this kind of service. We really need more people like you in all our banks.
