New Account

I went to FNB today after 2 hours waiting on a queue I went to the ladies to be helped. I wanted to open student account unfortunately Audrey informed me that I won't be able to open student account at the age of 31 only those below 25 are able to open it and if I am not working FNB won't be able to open an account for me and there is nothing she can do. What I want to know is that FNB account is for only those who are working or what. she informed me that they will need contacts from work. I'm not working but I have source of income that does mean that I'm not allowed to open an account. If FNB for those who are working only. Just ****ed.
