NEVEVER AGAIn!!

I have a problem with FNB Home loans, A month ago I found a buyer for a property I own, So we signed an OTP and submitted the offer to FNB.

We have since submitted the OTP about a month ago. I still have not heard anything from them. I send them emails every single day for feedback on the same. They only call when your account is in arrears. Me selling the property does not benefit them, hence they don't care.

I have sent emails to Ronelle Peterson, Quick Sell relations, Quick Sell, Maseko, Thulisile, Desmond Radebe. But it seems like they are all ignoring my emails except Desmond. No feedback whatsoever, not even a single follow up call nor email.

The buyer is even considering to pull out because of the lack of professionalism from FNB. Of which if they do pull out, I will not bother paying any installments and levies on that property anymore.

FNB does not take its clients seriously at all. They only care about what is benefiting them.

I will not recommend this unprofessional bank to anyone. I would rather use one of the other big bank.

FNB'S SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING!
