Never use this useless bank!!

FNB is definitely the most useless bank in South Africa. Don't ever use them. I rented one of their merchant device for 3 years, after three years I canceled the device by calling them, a few days later they collected the device, but charged me rental fee every month after I canceled it. So I started to to dispute the payments, and then received a letter from collection department that they gonna take me to court. After many emails and calls, FNB called me and said the problem was on their side, and I don't have to pay and it is sorted out now. Today I received an email from the attorneys that I need to pay the amount as quick as possible. I can see the people working their also don't know how to do their job.

I CANCELED MY DEVICE, WHY DO I NEED TO PAY RENTAL FEE IF YOU COLLECTED THE DEVICE???
