NEVER USE SKYNET COURIER SERVICE ( FNB App )

I write this review in hope someone at FNB will read it and respond . It has to do with the FNB app specifically the license renewal . FNB uses Skynet to courier the licenses . They are the most useless courier company I have ever come across . They should change their moto to " The partnership that DOES NOT Deliver ". Can a bank like FNB which prides itself in exceptional customer service not choose a courier company that shares the same ethos . If you , FNB dont believe me then go onto Hello Peter and check out the reviews , im surprised this company is still in business , unless FNB is keeping them in business . I have been a very nhappy customer and experience graet service from FNB . FNB isnt it time you chiose a courier partner that shares your values . NEVER USE SKYNET COURIERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only thing they are good at delivering is bad service .
