Never use fnb there services is bad

Sunday the 24th of October i do a transfer to my partner account that i forgot he has close down i done the EFT from Nedbank to his old fnb account now when i contact Fnb there say there cant help me i just need to right of the money there dont even try to trace the money i really dont now what to do that is his full Sallery but Fnb dont care i will never recommend any one to open a account with fnb there services is so bad
