Never use FNB Forex

I have made a forex payment on 9 Apl 2024 and until now the client has not received their funds. My requests for feedback is ignored and every time I have to start from the beginning to explain. Then the same message, we will get back to you. The service is pathetic and completely unprofessional. In meantime my project can't continue as I await input from the client I already paid in April. Even requests to management to make contact is ignored.
