NEVER USE FNB FOR FOREX TRANSACTIONS

I received a a financial gift from my uncle abroad over 2 weeks ago. soon after he sent payment, i received a call fron FNB asking what the money was for, and i declared it. i thought that would be the end, and waited for the funds to clear into my account, but that did not happened. it is now two weeks later, and i have missed a great investment opportunity because different people within the foreign, kept asking me for differerent documents. firstly, i was asked for a loan agreement, it was not a loan but a gift. then i was asked for immigration documents, i am not an immigrant, one thing after another, and the rand has now strengthened, which means i am now losing money. i am frustrated with FNB. enough is enough.
