Never use fnb

I'm very upset with Fnb as i open a Invest saving account today as i have immediately transvere funds to that account and after that i contact there on the app and got inform that i need to put in notice to withdraw the fund or need to pay penaltys but i was phone and been transfere 3 times with no help to get that waves as fnb dont care about there customer
