NEVER USE FNB BUSINESS ACCOUNT!!!

We contacted fnb by email (*** & ***)on th 4 May 2021 to close our business account no. *** QEW ELECTRICAL & CONSTRUCTION Pty Ltd with a letter sent by our accountants signed by me (director) and acxoutants that business has been closed down. I paid all the Cheque account banking Cost so it shows R0. NO RESPONSE FROM FNB! We called FNB 7 May 2021 from 11:00 on their 086 number where we were send from 1 consultant to the other been cut off 4 times. Last time we spoke to Simpewe at 11:43 where rhey did a dispute. Paid another R480 for we dint know why because the banking cost was R0 on the 4th May 2021. We asked him why all the cost now again .. he said mam the system doesnt show why this amount needs to paid. Well he said yuour account is closed. On the 15 th May we recieve a statment with another outstanding balance. I will never ever have another business account with FNB. I have another business with a fnb business acxount we are busy with transfer to another bank. Never ever again and believe it or not .... THE ACCOUNT WITH FNB IS STILL NOT CLOSED Contact no. ***
