Never trust FNB woth your hard working money

Good day

I will never trust FNB woth my money as i went to FNB (Keywest) in krugersdorp to reverse debit order and the front desk lady inform me to rather do it on the app my self to to not been charge so i went home and do this

So now suddenly i see that i was been charge for each debit order i reversed R50.00 andi have put a complain in and never receive any refund or feedback
