last week I went to the branch to receive my easy account there have inform me that there will no card replacement fee and the branch inform me that if i order my card online that there will be no Card Replacement fee now on the 13 June 2020 here charge me a card replacement fee I really don't now if the consultant now what there do I have also send *** and there has bean no reply so there just think there can take your money even put your money in a minus there care

the consultant inform me i need to call or ask for a reverse but now i must wait im tired of this fnb
