Never trust Fnb with your money

Once again disappointed with FNB,I cannot believe fnb has so mang confusing an unexplainable bank charges,fnb please explain to me how a bank balance can go from R700 to R636 when there are no transactions made? There is so much confusion regarding my bank balance.I swear I am without doubt living Fnb they have reversal payments that don't make sense
