Never trust FNB especially not with your money!

I was given a 6 month covid relief package. Now FNB is not honouring the contract period even though there is still a large amount of unallocated funds in my package. They now me to start repayment on the full amount which has not even been used. I only have 2 contacts a 3month initial and a 3 month extension but now FNB back tracks on that. All attempts to resolve the issue is unsuccessful and unhelpful and you just get the same stupid rehe****d answers with absolutely no no solution. Half an apology but a " we actually don't care" attitude.
