Never Travel with E-bucks Travel

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of support and poor performance of the E-bucks travel team. It has been a year since my flights have been cancelled and I am still struggling to get my refund processed, even after the consultant claimed they have been refunded by the airline. I am the one who has to engage constantly just to get feedback, and now they claim there is penalties for the airline canceled tickets. Which I have confirmed with the airline, that there is no penalties attached. I have been trying to escalate this via n private banker but that has also proven to be moot.

Never traveling with E-bucks travel again.
