Never take out disability or life cover with fnb

2 weeks ago I emailed credit life, no response. Then posted a complaint about it and 2 people called. 1 to follow u on the complaint and the other lady said she will send me forms to complete. To date, received no forms and no response on hellopeter.. so much for logging high complaint!!!! Never take out insurance with fnb, they will never assist when you trying to claim. They will respond to this complaint as well and then do sweet nothing!!!!
