Never take any policies with FNB

I have a health cash plan with fnb.

Submitted a claim to them on the 12th of September.

The requested supporting documents of which I submitted.

I keep getting told I just wait 10 working days to fund out of my claim is approved or not .Hat the assessor is still busy with it.

Tye waiting time is is just a joke when I have Submitted all the documents they requested.
